VICTORIAN SPLENDOUR

Based in prestigious Ballsbridge, we adopted a townhouse aesthetic appropriate to the vernacular architecture by using black and white limestone for dramatic zoning effect and pleached trees and box hedging for formality. We rendered the whole four floor building and added a glass balcony out from the first floor living room. Low rendered walls and bullnose steps create further seating within this intimate garden.
