Good Grounding established itself in Sydney, Australia April 2004. A decision to move closer to home has instigated a new beginning and we've already got off the ground running, excuse the pun!
Although based in Dublin, Good Grounding offers its services world wide. With its roots in Sydney we have experience in coastal and urban spaces however now working predominantly in the UK and Republic of Ireland we're enjoying covering all varieties of outdoor areas.

Katy Terry studied garden design at Ryde Horticultural college in Sydney 2003. She immediately began working as a garden designer within several notable design studios. She owes much of her drive and inspiration to her former employers and the 'Australian Way'. These influences are present in her UK based work by creating simple yet beautiful landscapes and by encouraging more time spent outside. Having settled on a life time career Katy aspires to make a difference to landscape related design and believes all previous experience has helped her attain a rounded approach to her work.
